The version for Windows may be good - but I doubt it - but the OS X version is an abomination to avoid like the bubonic plague. I tried XnviewMp because I needed a good program to make some quick edits to my MacBookPro's images and photos the first time I tried to open a photo, though, the program crashed I had to brute-force turn off and reboot it to make it work the moment it was back on, I deleted the program. My MacBookPro also crashed because of the program. The program crashed the moment I tried to use it. I use GIMP for most of my image editing needs but this small editor is faster for simple jobs. I have tried every other free image editor and viewer, this is definitely one of the best. Lightweight with very simple and intuitive batch processing capability.
